how long have you been working out. A lot of time people just starting out will notice little change in weight and even and increase, but body mass should go down because muscle weighs more than fat. once you have worked out for a bit you should notice a decrease.

hi sam ...why did you post your question under UK and travel? it does not have anything to do with it...anyways on your question ..you are from India so i am assuming that you know hindi okay so drink loki ka juice ...i have no idea what it is called in english maybe i should look it up in my hindi to english dictionary ...hmmm...yeah so the loki ka juice right drink it plain ..it does not taste bad its like plain water seriously...when it is cold...my mother drank it for a month regularly one glass in the morning and she lost like 5- 8 kgs... so good luck on reducing.. :)
