The simple and best but difficult is to totally avoid salt in your food and if you can do it for 1 month you will be surprised to see how much of weight you have lost and that too without any side effects.

Why would you want to get down to 20 lbs below your ideal weight? Eeeek! If you are female, at 5' you should weigh 100 lbs and an additional 5 lbs for each inch after that, ie; 5' 10" = 150 lbs. At least that is what it was the last time I cared about height/weight charts.

umm well i recon the best u can do is
exercise daily
eat healthy
and look after yourself!
make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. dont slack off or anything. go for a run, do some sit ups, go for a few laps in the local swimmiung pool. just anything to keep ur blood pumping! and no fast food! eat healthy!

wake up early in th emorning drink 3-4 glass water immediatly, go for a walk practice yoga take "DALIYA" in breakfast, take curd in lunch within one month definatly u will loose as u desire
