yeah ive spoken to him he does seem to flirt but his real quiet it seems like he doesnt know what to say

If he's shy around you chances are he likes you, break the ice and ask him what he likes to do guys like talking about themselves alot....see if you have something in common and go from there talk about what you know it's always a ice breaker good luck

Have you ever just caught a glance at each other. If yes and he gave you a little smile, that is a good sign. Dont wait for him to say something. Guys are hopeless at starting a relationship. Why not ask his help with a school problem, even if you know the answer. That may brak the ice. Good luck

Girl i'm going through the same thing right now!!! Anyways you need to talk to him you know get to know him a little!!! more than likely he doses like you cause a girl can tell if a guy is flirting during a conversation!!!! Just a girl can't tell if shes flirting sometimes well atleast i can't!!!lol!!!

there's this flirting technique where it's easy to see whether or not someone likes you or not.
look at the person and when they meet your gaze, quickly look down, then again, quickly look up at them, but smile this time. if they smile back or blush, they most likely feel the same way about you.
also, you could ask around. try to get one of your girlfriends to do some snoopping. ask her to ask one of his friends if he has ever mentioned you, or something like that. something very casual though. or you could get one of your guy friends to go up to the guy and just totally act cool and start up a convo with him. then just out of nowhere, he should ask what the guy thinks about you. something like "susie's been looking good these days, what you think about her?" or something like that... whatever, he's a guy he knows the guy language, lol. goodluck

Just talk to him once in a while, and occasionally touch his arm or somethign, even just to say hi how r ya? and smile at him, if he doesn't smile back or always flinches away then he is probably not worth it
