First of all are you just complaining of a bigger stomach? Have you had any health issues come up since your stomach has been getting bigger? For you to only have weight gain in your stomach could be, alot of water gain(bloating) IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome, or you could have cysts on your ovaries causing this. Bloating and weight gain in the stomach has also been associated with ovarian cancer. I would suggest that you go to a gyn. I gained 30 pounds and i looked like i was almost 4 months pregnet, i went to numerous of doctors, had ultrasounds done etc. It wasnt until i had a vaginal ultrasound that it was discovered that i had numerous cysts on my ovaries, which in turn i had to have surgery to have removed. One was the size of a grapefruit, that was when i was 29 years old, I am now 32 and i have IBS , It is a brain - Gut disorder anyways i tryed gas-x and beano and all sorts things get rid of the bloated look, finally when i was put on my antidepressants and anxiety medication did i lose the bloated look. Like i said there could be many reasons that you have a big stomach, i just named the ones i know of from personel experience. The side effects of IBS is lower back pain, cramping in the stomach, that actually is very uncomfortable and a very bloated feeling that is also uncomfortable. But you didnt mention anything being wrong other than a bigger stomach. Anyways i hoped that i helped some. Goodluck.

Lie flat on the back, raise-hung your hands on the sides, raise-up the legs up to the waist, raise-up head and neck. The whole body now rests only on the back with the legs and waist pulling it on one end while on the other by the head and neck. This lasts for about 3-5mins. In the end, the stomach walls gets the heat and if continued like this twice a day for about two weeks,a better results should be expected.
Secondly, one could also play Squash Racket.

I understand where you're coming from because my daughter put on weight towards the middle of the school year. She's 10 and started the school year out wearing a 10/12 and is filling in a 14 nicely. I don't believe that your daughter put on weight because she's getting ready to menstrate... that may be the case for some girls, but it's not necessarily for all. She could just be growing because my daughter will put on weight then shoot up a couple of inches.

i had the same problem. Even though it sucks you just need to stop eating as much and start exercising more. The problem with me was that I was always skinny and never had to watch what i ate, and then one day it just creeps up on you and all of a sudden you're a fat as*s! All I did was start walking and eating a bit less and it goes away pretty quick. If you work or go to school just get off one train stop before yours and walk the rest of the way

Me too, I have lost it before but have it back since i stopped excercising.
Last time i got rid i spent 3 hours excercising per week on a treadmill, bikes and weights, cut out all dairy products butter etc, no milk, no fat on meat, no crisps, no chocolate, no alcohol, no fizzy pop.No chips, fried food.
It's a real problem finding clothes too, i have every sympathy with women who are pregnant and looking for clothes, maybe mothercare can release a new range for men???lol..

Walking is the best and easiest way to lose it. Set yourself a target walk, at least a couple of miles, and do it every day, your stomach will go so flat you'll love it.
Brisk walking is the answer.

Are you pregnant?
If its just weight then exercise your stomach, sit ups etc. What's your diet like? Its seems to me you are eating/drinking too much of a type of food/drink. Eat in moderation.
