You miss the point. The salt water shows God glory and His grace. What we call ordinary Grace which is extend to all, Christian and non-Christian. You see if we dis not have so much "bad" water around us we wouldn't appreciate the gift of fresh water that God has graced us with!

In the beginning of time, this planet had a perfect climate, that is why they have found Palm leaves under the ice in the south pole. & during the Millennium this planet will slowly come back into a perfect realationship with the sun, & that perfect year will consist of 360 days & not 364 or 365, A perfect circle is 360 degrees, That is why many places it speak of that there will be NO MORE SEA, or Oceans, God will have during the millennium the oceans beginning to be drawn back into the Atmosphere as a Protection around this earth therefore at the end of the 1000 yrs. all the oceans will now be back in the air circling the earth, Now we have to understand, that does not mean we won't have lakes or even small like oceans, but nothing like with have today

I think this question seriously underestimates the complexity of the ocean's ecosystem. The ocean acts as a filtering effect for various types of pollution, its chemical composition varies across the globe and can support a wide variety of life forms, it acts as insulation to help regulate atmospheric conditions and--just a layman's guess--I'd think that the mineral content of the ocean helps dissolve quite a few substances that would otherwise create huge problems with pollution in freshwater bodies. The first two links below have some pretty interesting information on ocean ecology.
But beyond that, the oceans theoretically can provide us an endless supply of fresh water via rain, snow or any other form of precipitation. Overall, given the complexity of the planet, I think God knew what He was doing.

I assume you are talking about sea water which encompasses most of the earth? Think about it-- how many sea creatures live there and how much food, medicine and even comfort and pleaseure we find in sea water. In case you did not know, men with the intelligence grante dby God, has found many ways to use this "undrinkable" water. Just because us in our great ignorance do not understand something, does not mean God made a mistake. Maybe we just happen to be clueless at the time. History has certainly proved that point many times...

God's idea of this world was blown out years ago when Adam & Eve stuck 2 fingers up 2 Gods rule

It's being polluted & the sea's being used as a toilet by humans.
human activity & the over-populated West, has wrecked this planet in the pursuit of resources.

This world is indeed created for mankind. do u know that if these seas and oceans would not have been there, u will be deprived of almost everything!
i.e. rains, salt water fishes, maritime influences, mangroves and I can go on forever!
Allah has given us brains and the five senses , do u think they are useless, we have to use them! Using our brains we know how to boil water, and obtain pure drinking water fom sea water.

Clearly man has mis-managed the earth to such a degree that the time is surely imminent when the verse on Revelation 11:18 will reach fulfillment!

yes this world is for humans and all the water is for us . if we are alive today it is because of the water because the water does not let earth get too hot and too cold due to its extraordinary behavour

THEN AFTER A WEEK YOU WILL SEE ITS COLOR AND SMELL HAS BEEN CHANGED .. BECAUSE GERMS AND VIRUSES REPRODUCED IN IT ...
LOOK AT A LAKE .. ALTHOUGH IT WAS DRINKABLE WATER SOMETIME .. BUT BECAUSE IT HAS NOT SO SALT IN IT .. THEN YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT AND SEA WATER .. SEA WATER REMAINS CLEAN .. ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT DRINKABLE ..
AND YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS RAIN AND RIVERS WHICH ARE QUITE ENOUGH FOR ALL LIVING BEINGS ..
