Good morning everybody, i'm italian.
My gf was in erasmus at the glasgow university, and i saw some pictures in her laptop, modified by some glasgow friends whit things written on.
In a couple of the pictures there was writeen tart-Girl and Italian-tart.
Can somebody please explain me what that can mean?

It means your girlffriend enjoyed her time in Glasgow, and forgot all about you while you were still in Italy!

This is not an endearment its a put down plain and simple,
these people are not your girlfriends friends if they are writing things like this about her,
Tell her to go get some new friends
