Mr. Fiaz, reducing weight is not like putting some chemical somewhere and getting the result. It will need a lot of hard work which includes excercise - say some yogic exercises. I am not aware if you have heard about pranayaams like kapaal bhaati. A lot of walking is required. It has to be coupled with diet restrictions.
No medicine needs to be taken as you will regain your weight after the medicine is withdrawn.

Just drink a glass full of Lemon Juice everyday in the early morning and avoid any intake for 1 hour before and after it. Lemon Juice should contain water and salt only, no sugar. all the best. Try it, if u feel satisfied tell others also

Avoid taking in weight reducing drugs, they usually contain amphetamine which is addictive. Any addictive drug is not good for the health. In the long run, you will be suffering more. Just stick to the natural ways. ..exercise and dieting.

Hi, if you do not want to do exercise, leave the sweets, fried foods.Take lot of water, salad and vegetables and go for walk. This is easiest exercise.
