Yes. Any form of exercise would help but maybe something like yoga or tai chi, where you are particularly encouraged to be aware of ones limbs positions at all times, may be particularly effective.

It's called "CONCENTRATION", so yes, it can be cured, IF the person really wants it. Or get glasses, or contacts, or turn the lights on. Take things more slowly, carefully. Fear of getting hurt can cure the clumsiness too. Good Luck, keep your eyes open! Make sure that you've eaten that day, build up your strength.

There is a condition called Dyspraxia which used to be called "Clumsy Child Syndrome". It is a problem with the brain making judgements of space, co-ordination and fine motor problems . You would need to be tested professionally to see if this is the cause of your clumsiness.
The following links may help you decide if you need further investigation.

Not cured, but trained.
Try meditation and yoga if you're the nervous type. It will center you better mentally.
Try martial arts to be more coordinated in your movements.

no because it's not a disease. I think clumsiness is more of a personality trait than it is a condition.

It is called growing up unless you have some disease or other. I have seen it time and again and have suffered myself. It is a matter of confidence.
