It's the lower part of the back, which is usually smaller than the shoulder area, the large part of the back. But what women wants to hear "the larger part" of anything! ? Except eyes, and breasts maybe, certainly not the feet! Body size, seems us Americans prefer smaller to larger, with a few exceptions, of course, especially on men. :-)
