Using deodorants & showering helps but unfortunately doesn't last. You'd better visit an endocrinologist. He will have you take some blood tests to figure out what is wrong.
Hope you smell better soon! :)))

First off, you may want to find out where this smell is really coming from. If........ it;s coming from you're whole body buy a deodorant soap. If....... it's coming from your feet, smell the inside of your shoes. If .......your shoes smell, and..... your feet sweat that WILL REALLY MAKE YOU SMELL.
check the label first ,
then carefully wash your shoes if you can, if not .....throw them away. If this't doesn'tt help and you have made sure you do not have any other health issues from a doctor, you may need to take something internally from the health food store.
But, always check with your doctor first.

You may be allergic, or suffer a reaction from whatever deodarant you use.
You may need to look at changing the products you use to wash with, wear loose clothing - and wash these daily (also check to make sure the washing powder you use is ok for your skin).
If you are obese, consider losing weight, or change your diet, as the foods you eat also impact the body odour.
If these don't work, dont be embarrased about seeing the doctor - they are paid to resolve things, and they will have encountered things far worse!
They may prescribe you something to deal with excess sweating.
Good luck!

maybe your body is having a reaction to a cologne, or soap, or deodorant. maybe the mix of your bodies farmones and what you use to cleanse with might be the problem..,or even body lotion, and perspiration might have a off odor...
also are you on any medications...sometimes your body secretes the medication through your sweat glands and maybe that's whats happening when you get stressed out...this happened to me once, I ended up having to change medication dosage because my body was retaining to much of the medication and I was becoming toxic...
it also could be a sign that something might not be OK inside let your doctor know and get a good physical,,,and tell him/her to do a in depth blood check up...cholesterol, liver, thyroid, sugar/sodium panels...their might be something wrong and this might be your bodies way of telling you it's toxic...
don't try and mask it find out the culprit
good luck and I hope that you get odor free....
