Ham sandwich (brown bread), a banana, a mini box of raisins, an orange juice drink and a yoghurt.

She is only 4, just started reception year, so she also has to take a piece of fruit for the afternoon storytime, which today was a satsuma.

I think ive done quite well, shes got protein, fibre, 3 lots of fruit and dairy, so I think Jamie would be proud.

Jamie would more than likely call me a tosser! Cheese sandwich (wholemeal), water, mini baby-bel, crisps, packet of mini cookies and a yogurt drink. My child refuses anything else and I'm sick to death of chucking food out (sorry Jamie!) we eat well at home though!

Well my 5yr old went out with a corned-beef sandwich, juice & an actimel. They dont allow sweets, biscuits, cakes ect, which I have to say I agree with them! Lot's of schools over here in Ireland seem to be taking the healty eating approach very seriousely.

you probably did not element out THE PUNISHMENT GIVEN FOR HIS MISBEHAVING, NOR DO YOU element out extra testing except MRI AND EEG, have you ever TAKEN HIM TO A PSYCHOLOGIST OR examined HIM FOR listening to issues, upload,ADHD,AUTISM,DYSLEXIA OR have you ever requested YOUR baby IF someone HAS carried out something TO HIM that would want to have TRAUMATIZED HIM that you would possibly want to no longer be attentive to. I advise you shop testing FOR those i discussed and also you'll locate a answer OR BE noted extra testing i did not record. THIS habit might want to were RESOLVED way previous to now because HIS habit IS transforming into risky and want ADDRESSED on the instantaneous. also enable ME in basic terms SAY, BOLTING the baby contained in the residing house at the same time as dozing CAN GET baby's' amenities in touch IF A NEIGHBOR CALLS, it truly is seen overlook, i'm no longer JUDGING in basic terms declaring something you are able to avert, also IF he's affected by INSOMNIA that is ADDRESSED also because IF HE replaced into drowsing HE must have not GOTTEN UP.also LEAVING a baby without TELLING THEM WILL reason THEN TO mistrust YOU AND YOUR spouse. i really replaced into hoping I HELPED and that i desire YOU determination:) P.S. i did not locate a DEFINITION FOR GERNALISED, SO i'm unable to remark THERE.

Cheese & pickle sandwich (granary). Four organic cherry tomatoes (reduced in Sainsburys - should appeal to J.O.), one raw carrot -sliced, one apple, one homemade choc chip bun, carton orange juice & bottle water. My daughter says no one ever wants any of her lunch as it's too healthy! Surely even Jamie couldn't object to that! Just noticed that probably not enough protein in that lot - better make up for that later.
