from your question, you seem like a caring guy.. you are happy she got scholarship... whereas she is the one upset about having to go etc.. and you never mention or specify your feelings. :)
that's why i assume you somehow or rather are willing to let her go and succeed in her studies...
Anyway, if you are happy and wants to see her get on with the scholarship.. then you can tell her that.. that you just want her to be happy, be successful. on the relationship part well, it has to be a test for both of you.. no matter what. long distance relationship is not easy... really.
you must sit and talk about this thourougly.
You two have few choices...
End it off, or give a pause, or continue with the long distance relationship.
Talk to her, be sure about what she wants.. and what you want. And more importantly, promise each other that you two would stay by whatever you have decided.
In the end, if the relationship survives, or she comes back to you after a pause, then good.. you two are meant to be together.
And, if after making promises to stay together and yet failing to do so, well.... you know that there are more challenges in life ahead. If the promises can't be kept now, what more later?
Bottomline, have a good talk with her... and be clear about what each of you wants.
All the best, Man..

Tell her to go for her scholarship - you guys will start a long distance relationship and see where it goes from there. If it holds, it's meant to be. If not, then at least you have the memories. :)

i'd say end it now, but you two could always try the long distance thing and see how things work from that..and decide what to do with your relationship then, but i would end it now.

You have to tell her that she needs to decide. If she doesn't want to lose you she has to accept and wait you until you meet again. she should be strong enough to do that. Cause I have done this before. Though it is a bit difficult you can do this together.

tell her that you should "pause" the relationship, and explain why... and also tell her that if you two are meant to be then you will get back together.

If she doesn't, she's not the one. Let her go.
Let her know that's why.
