Many ships were used over 60 or so years. Most of them would have been called "transports." First Fleet ships included the "Supply", the "Scarborough", the "Lady Penrhyn", the "Sirius" the "Alexander" and the "Albemarle". The "Supply" carried mostly food and other materials on the First Fleet.

Some ships like the "Scarborough" made more than one voyage. It was one of the "hell ships" of a later fleet too when it returned under private contract. Many more convicts died in the Scarborough on it's second voyage than on it's first.

"The First Fleet" if that's what you mean....the first english boat to arrive was the Endeavour.....but the Dutch, then the Portuguese, then the French had arrived and claimed it first. The Indonesians were the first of all outsiders to trade with the Indigenous.
