Lots of things will help you relax.
Try wiggling your toes. Sit still, and close your eyes. Count backwards from 100.
Play some relaxing music or sound effects. Learn how to clear your mind and meditate.
The same things don't work for everyone, so experiment until you find a method that works best for you.

take a break from your busy life, give your body time to wind down by perhaps sitting outside listening to some meditation music, this ALWAYS works for me, but everybodies different though, perhaps even read a book outside, but once again thats me, i love books and i find that reading is a great way to relax. Sorry, i don't really know what you're like and what your tastes are but i hope this helps.......=)

Don't move around so much. Imagine yourself in the most comfortable place you can ever think of, like a bed of roses (without the thorns). Forget all your problems. Empty your mind of what is not important. Just be free!

Relax!!!! see a movie....take a deep breath...take a walk..appreciate nature....maybe your room needs improvement...aand lastly...Pray for guidance.....
Avoid caffeine....dont smoke (if you are).....Live a healthy life....
