Are all guys supposed to have a bulge at the crotch of jeans or pants?

I have seen men who do have bulge at the crotch area. I have also seen men who don't have a bulge at the crotch area.
Both are normal. It depends on the size and position of the package.
The guys who don't normally have a bulge at the crotch area and try to add to the package. Well lets just say we gals know it and laugh at them alot.
It's sort of like when a young girls puts socks or tissues in her bra to make her bust look larger. Well I know guys who get a little upset when they come up with a hand full Kleenex instead of .......... It's the same principal with some guys who stuff the package. Boy oh boy is the gal real disappointed when they find out the truth
It is not the size of the package that matters. It is if a guy knows what to do with his package that matters.

dude sounds famillar I wear boxers and when i am at the gym in my basketball shorts or just hanging out my friends have made the comment that i need to controll that thing in my shorts Wearing a low waisted jean i notice there is more of a bulge there too but hey we are guys and have a twig and berries why should we hide them . the tighter the jean the more it showes or the looser the material the more it flops around and shows curtdude

Its socks in shape of a bulge or a pelvic protector underneath tight jeans.
Its mens little secret and its meant to decieve women who enjoy watching.

No they do not all need a bulge at the the crotch area. All that means that they have been "admiring the scenery". hope you know what I mean.

If you're hung like a sparrow, then that would explain it.
If not, then maybe your pants/trousers/jeans are too baggy and loose.
In the great scheme of things, does it matter?

Depends. you wear right fitting then it may not show: but, if you wear too tight, yes, the bulge has to show! also, if the lining is too thick, then it'll show as a bulge! your tr's seem to be just right!
