I guess most people will fall on their faces. It is understood from one of the last verses in the book of Isaiah, however, that some would still be spiteful.

That depends on what God is like. However, I was told that God is our father. Do you stand before your father and be spiteful or do you fall on your face?

I can't answer that question as yet, the fact of the matter is I don't know if something will happen in my life that will make me be spiteful, or grateful. I'm not going to beat myself up by over analyzing it.

I will stand and I will talk and I will listen. If then, he still has no better answer to why I should crawl before him than "because I say so," then he will have to knock me down or throw me to his hell before I fall on my face, and then he will confirm himself as the tyrant that many of his faithful seem to think he is. If he will show me love and understanding as one who asks so many questions, we may yet reach an accommodation. If there is to be a judgment day, it will be up to me and you and every human being to pass a judgment on our creator, as much as it will be for him to pass a judgment on us. I believe he may yet pass mine, as I may yet pass his.
