pomegranate juice actually has more antioxidants than blueberries (which, if you haven’t been following closely are suddenly the healthiest fruit around—except for pomegranates, apparently) Researchers have found studies that suggest pomegranate juice may contain about three times the antioxidant ability compared approximately with the same quantity of green tea or red wine. It is also quite high in potassium and fiber, and contains vitamin C and niacin. Pomegranate juice has been used to treat inflammation, sore throats, and rheumatism. This has been done for centuries in the Middle East, India, and Iran.

Real, Tropicana, Nectar, Dabur..etc.. all these companies mix artificial colors, sweeteners & preservatives in their products that are harmful. So you go in for fresh hand-made juice that is much healthier than these cans. Though it make take your 1 hour to prepare but you should never compromise with your health. Moreover, it is more economical as well. By the way, you should not see the cost first, see the benefits. Cost should be equal to benefits alteast.
