DO NOT just come out ad tell her you love her. That will more than likely be too much for her to handel at once. Especially if you have not been dating for a while. The best thing to do is to take it gradually so that you dont get burned. Ask her to do something that involves both of you doing something alone, and gage her response. If she doesnt seem interested then you know, and at the sametime you haven't made the mistake of throwing your heart out there (Dont leave yourself vulnerable)

I'm guessing that since you say you "still" have feelings for her, that the two of you were a couple before? This can be a very tricky situation. I'm good friends with two of my exes, and one of them I broke up with and got back together with, so I understand where you're coming from. The best thing to do, assuming she is unattached is to start by feeling her out. If you're flirtatious, and she responds positively, then you can say something. But I wouldn't jump right out and say you love her. Tell her, sincerely, that you don't want to put pressure on her, but you still really care about her. Say that if she feels the same way, you'd like to give it another shot, but if she doesn't, you love having her as a friend and don't want to lose her. That way, if she doesn't feel the same way, you won't wreck the friendship, and if she does feel the same way, you can start the relationship up again slowly, instead of rushing headfirst into the problems that kept you apart in the first place.

I think you should slow down just a bit if you two haven't even dated yet and don't tip your hand just yet. Ask her out and feel out what she thinks of you first she may not be interested in a long term relationship right at this moment. And if she feels guilty of hurting you she won't want to be around you very much any more. so go a bit slower and don't make that fatal mistake of professing your love too soon. good luck.

i'm in that sitch and i told the girl i like i loved her and now she wont even look at me haha but every girl is difrent
my advice is let her know in a natural way to not make it wierd
like make it a joke like "haha yeah thats becouse i like you ;)" and so on
