for ring worm, the cheapest way to get rid of it... get a black ball point pen and draw a circle around the ring. honestly, this really does work.

Ring Worm is antibiotic cream....you need to apply it as instructed by phytsician. Usually it is 3 times a day. For dry skin, i would recoomend using some eucerin cream daily and when getting out of the shower use some baby oil. if you do it right after it seeps in moisture. For allergies, well....i hear claritan works well, but i am old fashioned and stick to the benedryl.

the chemist could help you with the medicine for ring worm and remedy for dry skin, unless it is really very severe. in this case, you have to refer a good skin specialist.

Ringworm: Tinactin
Dry Skin: Collagen cream and Lubriderm. Take Vitamin E daily, A and D weekly, and L-Lysine daily to help build up your internal collagen levels and to produce more oils.
Allergy: Benedryl followed up with a Lubriderm.
