i have a friend who i realllly care about and she really cares about me. i asked her out a year ago and she said no. since then we have grown very close. is it time i told her i am still very attracted to her? would that be a good idea? i really love her and i want her to be mine

Don't bother. If you are her friend, then that is what you are going to be. If she wasn't interested a year ago, she probably isn't going to be interested now. Move on, keep her as a friend, ask her to find you someone. If she is a good friend, she should know your taste in women and be able to introduce you to someone that you will like. Try in five years on the asking her out.

Time to come clean. Tell her you love her and want her to be yours. If you really mean it, then give her something to remember you, like a little nice gold necklace or something. It does not mean you are getting married, but just so she knows that you are serious. I would feel her out first, before investing anything, in case she is not just being nice to you, make sure the closeness is love and not just being nice to you because you are a nice guy, etc.

Sit her down and talk to her about how she makes you feel and that you really have feelings for her. Be also sure to tell her that if she still wants to remain friends then it is alright, she does not have to feel obligated to reflect your feelings for her and that you respect her decision which ever it should be. If you really love her and want to be with her then ask her again...and if she says no well then ask her again the next day and keep asking and keep showing her that you love her and that you are what she deserves. Persistency and sencerity will get you a long way

grow fonder.You could try letting her miss you for
a while. A couple of days, then longer.
