Since they do not read over my resume nor do they pay attention to me, they can go stuff it. I make more money next door, $45 to $60 a night on top of wages and a free lunch or dinner. I am trained as a secretary who types 60 wpm and has accounting and business administration courses. I am fluent in English and French and know some Japanese. I have cooking and cash skills, once supervised a cafe, a housekeeping department and a banquet operation in a hotel. I also studied English Literature and have First Aid, wine knowledge and Serving it Right plus Food Safe. I am told I 'know nothing about wine' and have decided to skip the bartending course in favour of wine knowlege certification and then onto a sommelier course, perhaps. My father was a bartender after the military and collects wine. I have read books and books. Apparently, I can't even read, though I score 5/5 on a LPI, read voraciously books people haven't even heard of, paint and write poetry. I want to study photography and art history. I am not stupid.

I think this is a question intended more to check on how you see your supervisor or co-worker, in disguise. I think they are try to ascertain how you see others, ie... warm-business like, cold -business like, confrontational, loner, etc...
I think it is safe to say that it all boils down to are you going to give a positive anwer that reflects a positive attitude or the opposite.

It could be that your supervisor or co-worker, in truth would not say something positive, but it could be because they are a jerk and it's impossible to tell. All that is revealed is your attitude in general, as it pertains to this question.

I say always answer with a positive attitude, so this would definitely be an answer like; They would say about me that I'm a team player, and they are grateful that they can count on me to help whenever possible.

Hope this helps, :)

Hard-worker, diligent, a bit of a recluse at times, introverted and very, very, very detail oriented. A NERD!
