Go to the nearest big grocery store and buy those 200 calorie TV dinners, eat 3 meals a deal. Drink water or diet drinks and use the bathroom more often. HOW IT WORKS: An average female needs about 1600 calories a day and a male needs around 2000, the person will use 70% of the calorie intake for ie. breathing, walking, staying awake. If just say a male was to eat 3 of those TV dinners he would only take in 600 calories, now 600 - 70%(used thoughout the day) = 180 calories by the end of the night. Now his body will have to use the stored fat because he needs 2000 but he only took in 600 - 70% = 180. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE: it takes 3500 calories to make 1 pound, so he will lose more than 1 pound in 2 days. ITS THAT EASY! What are u waiting for try it out, you can choose diffrent foods but these TV dinners are only 200 calories and 1 soda is about 160!

If you are so desperately wanna lose 5 kg in 4 days without wanna do any exercises, then starve yourself... Just drink plain water when you are feeling hungry... That's what I did b4 & I managed to lose weight in just a few days...

Yeah~ I know it sounds extreme (coz you have to starve yourself), but it does work for me... If you really can't stand being starving or hungry, then eat some salads (just in a small amount)...

Good luck... ;-)

If you go on a liquid diet, you may loose the weight, however, it might not shrink your waist. All you will be losing is water. If you want to shrink your size, you would have to cut back on calories severely and that's very unhealthy because you'd putting your body into a starvation mode. When the body is in starvation mode, it will be much harder to lose the weight.

You can't lose it healthily in 4 days. Try two months or one and a half. 5kg is a lot. Eat healthily, in moderation. Eat only at mealtimes, and actually, you should never be completely full, only 75% full. And you must exercise. It needn't be extreme; perhaps long walks in the morning and evening.

I once didn't even have water over that period of time and didn't lose that much weight. If you are obese, you might be able to if you only have water. I would say drink a few liters of water and then drink diuretics and dehydrate yourself; you're definitely not going to lose more than a few grams of fat and just a few more grams of protein. your weightloss over a 4 day period I guarantee you will be water.
