Well maybe u r going through a stressful period... sometimes u don't even know it but at night all these thoughts pass through your head and u don't realise it! best thing i can suggest is not 2 watch anything that might make u think 2 much b4 u sleep or do anything like work on your PC etc b4 u go 2 bed cause subconsciously u will think about it when u sleep! It used 2 happen 2 me a lot! I used 2 do our monthly budget or shopping list or a list of stuff that needs 2 get done in the house b4 I went 2 bed - I realised that when I woke up in d am i felt like I never slept! after a while I stopped doing this at night and started 2 sleep better! - think about what u do b4 u go 2 bed - try changing your routine a bit it might help - some other solutions r - herbal/chamomile tea, a warm bath or a brisk walk - Good luck :o)

I think you should take an honest assessment of all the sources of stress in your life. Identifying them is half the battle. Especially since you are in school, that is your first priority. Sacrifices have to be made for the reward you will receive in the long run. And it will be a reward. . .Speaking from experience, toss those things that are undue stressors right now. If they are getting in the way of your ultimate goals (to get a good job, be financially comfortable, be able to support a famil) then they are not right for you right now. . . maybe in the future. I would also seek help from either a mental health counselor or career counselor to set clearly defined goals and objectives. Also if you eat right and exercise frequently it will decrease stress and make it possible for your mind to stay focused and alert. You only really need to exercise 15-20 minutes 2-3 days a week to maintain your physical health which will increase your mental health automatically. Good Luck and Goddess Bless!

Hi! I suggest taking a natural supplement called L-Theanine or 'Suntheanine'. You can research it on the web and all of it's health benefits ( or helping you to sleep in your case). You can go to remedyfind.com for some unbiased opinions of normal people and read their opinion on it. If you are interested in trying it, you can get it in pill form or in a newer product called Dr's Chocolate ( which is actually healthy, unprocessed chocolate that contains 125mg of this particular amino acid). If you would like more info, E-mail me at calgaryfreedom@yahoo.com

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Insomnia....have a sleep study, or try to regulate your sleep schedule. Poor sleep hygiene is one of the #1 contributors to insomnia as well as stress.

do lot of physical exercise all though the day, eat full stomach and go to sleep.......
