Well I don't think I would appreciate being told I'm kinda slutty, so I would prefer that you didn't ask me out ..if ..I was you I would be a real friend and tell her what you think and maybe she doesn't realize that she comes off like that and will love it that you were actually a caring friend and at least look like you were human not just an ***. What a total man you are!!!!!

Several things come to mind in a situation like yours.
Do you seriously attracted to her emotionally or for the reason she acts the way she does?
If it is the first question...proceed with caution. She knows you like her and if she likes you, then there may be a possibility of a long term relationship. It may be relationship both of you have always wanted. The first ground rule is to be true and honest to each other.
If all you wanna do is bang her but still be friends....see how she feels about it. When the time is right, ask her out right how she feels about a romp between the sheets.
Let me give you an example. I have a close friend and she is a female. We've been friends for a long time...always doing things together. One night, when we were both between relationships, we got drunk and I realized she is kinda hot. We always hung out together having fun.
On that one night, are lips met. The kissing became more passionate and I pulled back...asked her straight forward if this would work and still be friends. She told me I was her best friend and didn't want to screw up our friendship but she wanted to find out what sex would be like with me.
Over the next several weeks we had some of the best sex, even getting wild but still friends.
That was 17 years ago and we are still close friends...every now and then that part of our lives we shared together comes up in conversation between us. We laugh and remember the times we had and what we did. We are both married now (to different people) she has two kids...I have one.
It can work that way...it has with me

Well, if you're into kinda slutty girls, why not? But be real about it, if you're intentions are only to get some, then let her know up front that you're not interested in a serious relationship.

When you say slutty, do you mean she sleeps around and is one notch above a whore, or she just acts that way. If it's an act, then go for it. Love is blind. But make sure your heart is true.

If you really like her and you are not just going to use her. I would say yes. There are some friends that sleep together and nothing else. If she is OK with that then go for it.

I would first think about what you are looking for? To get her in bed, or some thing more with her?
Then think is she someone who could or would stay with one guy?
