Go to the nearest big grocery store and buy those 200 calorie TV dinners, eat 3 meals a deal. Drink water or diet drinks and use the bathroom more often. HOW IT WORKS: An average female needs about 1600 calories a day and a male needs around 2000, the person will use 70% of the calorie intake for ie. breathing, walking, staying awake. If just say a male was to eat 3 of those TV dinners he would only take in 600 calories, now 600 - 70%(used thoughout the day) = 180 calories by the end of the night. Now his body will have to use the stored fat because he needs 2000 but he only took in 600 - 70% = 180. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE: it takes 3500 calories to make 1 pound, so he will lose more than 1 pound in 2 days. ITS THAT EASY! What are u waiting for try it out, you can choose diffrent foods but these TV dinners are only 200 calories and 1 soda is about 160!

You just to make a few changes and stick to them. I gained 40 pounds after quitting smoking. I got tired of being so fat that I finally tried to lose the weight. It sure goes on easier than it comes off!
I started by not eating ANY sweet snack. No cookies, cake, pie, candy, and the hardest one, chocolate. It was real hard at first, but after about a week or two you don't miss them.
I also started taking my daughter roller skating. I used to go skating several times a week when I was young, but hadn't gone in years. It was so much fun that I go every week even if my daughter doesn't want to go.
Yesterday I weighed myself and I am 5 pounds lower than I was when I quit smoking. Losing 45 pounds has taken me about 10 months, and I'm going to try to lose even more. According to the experts I should lose at least 30 pounds more.
Remember, find a FUN activity to burn calories. I would never run around a track, but when I have skates on I will go around the rink for hours.
It's Thursday so I will be skating tonight. My local rink has $1 admission tonight.

It is a simple thing really. You are the way your body thinks you want to be. There is a common idea called the 'self image.' Right? But people think that only refers to mental health. Actually your mind has a function that determines physical aspects of the body as well.
Did you know that a weight lifter's bones are more dense than the average person?
Did you realize that a runner's heart and lungs have greater capacity than an average person's?
These things didn't just happen, and they don't need drugs although, of course, drugs are used by many athletes to improve performance.
The body's physical image is derived through life style. For you, this includes what and when you eat, and how much activity you engage in.
By eating the right foods and at the right time, while doing vigorous physical activity, a man can shape his body to be either a Sumo Wrestler, or a Pole Vaulter, but not both. You become what you do, and what and when you eat.
The body has multiple sensory organs that we are not consciously aware of. These sensors regulate the ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood, the blood sugar level, body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, adrenaline level, hormone levels, and for your interest, rate of fat storage and use.
The body stores fat for several reasons, chief among them is to provide energy for work. Fat also is used to conserve body temperature.
You set the regulators by what and how you eat, and how and to what degree you work. Environmental temperature and skin temperature also affect fat storage.
Excess - in your conscious opinion - body fat is often the result of 'binging.' In both eating and activity patterns, you confuse the sensory settings of your body by exercising and eating at irregular and uneven times and amounts.
Think of it as a pointer that can swing back and forth. When you eat a lot, the pointer swings to the right. When you work hard (exercising or physical labor - it makes no difference) another pointer moves to the right. These high points fade slowly and the body tries to prepare for them ALL THE TIME. In the meantime you are not working hard, and the energy that your body was preparing to do never occurred, so the energy is stored as fat. Suddenly you over eat and wow, the body is so happy to be able to store all that energy! It is just waiting to store energy because its physical image pointer has been set too far to the right. By an irregular patterns of work and eating you also give the body regulators the idea that food - good nutritious food - is a rare and special thing that must be horded at every opportunity. That means fat storage. Your body thinks you are in danger of STARVING and does everything it can to avoid that!
So what is the answer?
Set a realistic work level that consumes the calories of the food you want to eat. If you eat 20,000 calories then you have to work off 20,000 calories in an every day regular routine of work or excessive. If you work off 20,000 calories THE NEXT DAY, then the body will set the needed calories to 20,000 and you will gain weight like mad.
Don't over eat. Maintain a steady work load that matches WHAT YOU WILL IN FACT EAT. If you have a big appetite, then set a high workload for yourself unless you want to be fat.
It is really simple. You can eat what ever you want, as much as you want, if you set a comparable regular work load.
If you want a slim, muscular body, then eat what a slim muscular body needs and work out in a way that a slim muscular body can. Don't binge, ever.

Believe it or not all you have to do is get your daily routine down to a science. its not always about loosing the weight it is really about loosing the inches. I have lost 6in. off of my waistline but yet maintained weight by working out. Different people have different metabolisms and it all just varies on each individual. Your daily stress has alot to do with it also, I went to a very stressfull job to a not so stressfull job and I am reaping the benifits in every aspect. So good luck with your search and keep on truckin.

Instead of focussing on large short-term weight drops where you have to make an effort, try changing your diet so you lose maybe a pound a week but every week consistently.
Instead of having fizzy drinks, drink water or milk. Instead of snacking on chocolate, have some fruit.
Cut out junk food and don't feel as though you're being punished - you should get a kick out of eating healthily and you should never feel hungry.
