To get over an x-BF is not that easy specially if you broke up and you still have feelings for him. You have to accept for the fact that everything happens has a reason, maybe the reason is that guy is not good for you and there is a guy out there better than him. So cheer up and meet new friends and keep yourself bussy for something. Live life happilly to the fullest. Life is full of surprises just be ready and keep going. GOodluck.

It's not easy, that's the most important thing to keep in mind. If it's a long term relationship, then it will obviously take a little longer to get over as well.

You need to realise that feelings for people don't just disappear overnight. They take time to go. You're virtually in a stage of mourning for the short-term, and it is important to acknowledge this. Cry if you need to, or hit a punching bag if you're angry. Let it all out of the system.

When I broke up with a long term girlfriend due to a distance issue, it took me ages to 'get over it'. We both loved each other, but it just couldn't work, due to where we were in our lives. Time was what was needed to get through the difficult stages.

I wish it were easier, and I hope things work out for you.

i am wondering why you broke up in the first place. i mean, if you are positive that the relationship is impossible to work, then getting over him shouldn't be a problem. but if u still can't get rid of ur thoughts about him after 2 weeks, u might want to get together again.

not really much you can do.

Just realize that it is over and you need to move on. So keep an open eye and heart for a new man.

Find a cute, hot rebound guy! You might get distracted for awhile and not be tempted to dial his number and telling him how much you miss him! Get a hobby, a dog, visit friends, go out, have fun and try to forget him.
In your own time, you'll heal.

You just get over it. Don't spend time worrying about this person. Nuff said.
