You mean not even an hour of sleep? I say spend the whole night taking intervals of moving around and relaxing. Like clean part of your house and then stop for a while and fiddle on the computer for a while then go back to cleaning. What ever time that you need to get up make sure at least 10 minutes before that time to are moving around. And drink some vault or another energy drink at this time. Between noon and 3 pm will be ready to pass out but you still may have some energy. If you can't go to bed by then, then good luck. Better score yourself some good speed!

I've always been a "night person". I hate mornings. I'm the type that'll call noon an early start. Well when I had my son, I had to bite the bullet and do it. It sucks sometimes but if I can wake up at 7 am then anyone can! Make sure you have your coffee ready, cause I'm not me until I get it!

Try to do fifteen to twenty minutes of cardio exercises. You may feel very tired and don't want to make the effort. But the intensity of the exercises will wake you up and give you some boost of energy. I always feel revitalized afterwards. . .it just takes effort to get started when you feel sluggish, but it will definitely help you increase your energy, strength and metabolism.
