Soap. Compulsive face cleaning and a hot facecloth accross the area before you squeeze any pimple...slowly so that it comes out the pore and doesn't cause a wound. When my skin was the most oily, I used alcohol swabs from the local drug store in the first aid section. It really dries out the skin, but it cleans everything up wonderfully. You might want to squeeze off some of the excess alcohol if the pad is really wet because the fumes can make your eyes water.

Actually I have started using St. Ives blemish control apricot scrub and that is working out awesome for me. I also love Biore Pore Perfect Blemish Control Warming Scrub and since both of these are drying products I use Aveeno blemish control moisturizer alternately with Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer. This product rotation keeps me blemish free with glowing healthy skin, and I've tried a TON of these products to figure out what works.

the best answer i can give you is that if you think the black heads are on you nose and they are little normally they are pore and to get rid of them all you have to do is wash your face and hands hold your nose up and then scrape them of and if nothing comes of then they are just pore now for your pimples and zits just use Clearasil products and just do it in the morning at lunch in the afternoon and at night and always use lotion after wards and they should go away
