Even the sexiest women in the world have small boobies!
First get a push up bra or padded bras. I dont know if they still make waterbras? Those were magic...
Wear low cut shirts...
Look up pictures of celeb.s with small boobs and see how they dress..=]

There are lots of cute/sexy push up bras in the market right now -try some at vic's secret or la senza.
For clothing, try:
Horizontal strips in the bust area - it gives the illusion of a bigger chest
gathering detail at the chest
avoid wearing to much dark colors - they will hide your chest instead of help enhance them
cute prints - again they emphasize the area of interest
Also you may want to try showing off your other assets - i.e. legs.

go to a bra shop and ask thier advise, they also sell "chicken fillets" boob inserts that stick onto your skin for that larger look and real feel.
Be happy with what you have a man like no more than a handfull and the larger they are the more pain your back will be in!

Instead of trying to make your boobs look bigger, why not wear clothes that you can show off other assets that you are proud of... like if you have nice legs, wear short skirts to divert others attention to your legs instead. or your flat tummy or your biceps etc......focus on bringing out all the good points...
of coz.. u can also try push up bras..

I suggest you recognize that men are drawn to different shapes and sizes. Celebrate your body as it is. Besides, some men know that down the road the large breasted women will have a couple of socks hanging near their navel while your breasts are more likely to stay firm and beautiful a lot longer.

First get a padded bra. Wear shirts that are a little low cut so people's eyes are drawn to your face and neck.

I agree with matt, I could care less about boob size. In fact, I prefer too small as opposed to too big.

u can wear, wonder bras or pushup bras. and dear small boobs are in thing now, guys like thm, dont u worry!!

the victorias secret convertable bra does an awesome job... other than that v neck shirts or shirts that are crunched in the area are good
