I know this woman that is beautiful heart,soul,and beauty.She is really nice to me.Sometimes I catch her glancing at me.But we never talk when we are doing this thing amongst a group.I mean do you think she likes as just a friend or do you think there could be something more.Do you think she is as shy as I am.I need honest answers please.Thank you.Mainly for the ladies.But good imput from the guys are welcome.

I'd say go for it -- ask her out for a coffee or something. It couldn't HURT. Chances are, she feels the same way and wants you to show some more interest.

You want to know how to meet her. Just go up and start a conversation with her. If there is any sparks, then ask her out. If there isn't, she could have someone else, but it is worth a try. The worse thing she can say to you is no, if you ask her out. That takes care of that and just go on to the next one. The questions you can ask is about what you are doing in your "group" whatever it is. Or anything, really. Just something to get the conversation started, she will know what you are up to.

Its better to ask her and know the answer in a matter of seconds instead of hoping, wondering, wishing, hoping and praying for days, weeks, hours and months about whether she likes you.
