I need help on this. I really have no sense of what love is or not and I think I have a crush on this guy, but the last time I dated someone things just didn't feel right and it was so hard to break up with him. I just don't want that to hurt someone or be hurt again.

When you do not want to be away from him. When you think of him before yourself. When your heart flutters when he just looks at you. When he touches you and you melt. When you go out and your proud to show him off. When you think of him all the time. When you put his needs above your own. There is SO many "symptoms" of being IN love. Trust me when it happens you will be certain there won't be anymore questions in your mind.

If you have to ask, it's probably not love.
Love: Is when you are thrilled to be around that person. But you are okay if you aren't. If they say they need to be alone, you're okay. A little sad, but you want what makes them happy.
Love: Is where you share, and where you work out problems that you have because you just want to.
Love: Is being able to let go if you have to. No matter if it hurts, you know, it's okay, because there are other people you can love, and they can love, and they will be happy.
Love: Is being able to see each other's flaws and still respect each other.. or even love each other more because you're NOT perfect.
Love: Is when you look at them and their achievements and are proud.. not because you're with them, but because they conquered their own challenges, and are their own person.

You cant control love, love tends to control you. just spending time with someone will determine whether or not you feel that strongly for them. Give it time, get to know them better and dont worry! sit back and enjoy the ride!

do you know the difference between the one you love and the one you like..?
if you like someone and you look into his eyes so blush...but if you love somebody and when you look into his eyes you feel safe and secure...
