look away,and pretend that you never saw anything.like someone else said,it depends on who the guy is to you.if he's your boyfriend/husband,than you should -obviously- tell him.if it's your friend,you should tell him too.if it's some random guy,i'd keep my comments to myself,and let him find out the surprise he's been letting everyone see himself.

Well if you are not easily embarrassed, ( he has probably already noticed you looking) Just lean in and whisper in his ear and say " I'm sorry but I couldn't help but notice your fly is open." Then if you are embarrassed, make a hasty retreat to the restroom.

Well it depends if he is a close friend then maybe you should give a little hint, you know like the old saying "what do aeroplanes do?" or if you don't know him then maybe just get up and walk away but don't make it obvious. I hope that helped!
