well a cafe is normally a place to be seen and have a light meal and coffee a restaurant is a place to eat good food
depends on the time of day it is,what u feel like eating and who u r with and how much u want to spend

Depends. In what occasion? If ur planning on a date, I think it'll b better if u go 2 a cafe. But if u ware hungry n wishes to eat something delicious, try the restaurant coz it has more food. Oh yeah, n one more thing, it also depends on ur mood. If u just wanna b alone, go 2 the cafe...

Depends on the mood! If I'm in the mood to relax then I would say cafe, but if I'm in a hurry then it would be a resturant!

it does depend on the occasion, but i really love passing the time in a cafe. especially ones where you can sit in the window & watch people on the street, it's also a bit more casual so i feel a bit more relaxed. also, i'm a coffee freak.
