No not really, a thinking entity has to start the chain.
But something that is called the "Objective God" is responsible for the entire creation of the Universe with its main law of energy: "Positive energy is stronger than negative energy and negative energy is not allowed to win." This Objective God did not "think" in the real sense of that word, but created all there is, including the Subjective God.

An idol worshipped talks to you in terms of giving the direction or gives a message.
A plant when affection is shown gives better flowers.
