how can i find free warrant information in the state of il?

i know someone who has a few warrants but doesnt know what they are or where they are from and needs to find out but he doesnt have money to pay a service to find out

at risk of being arrested, he can ask at any county clerks office, or just phone in and ask them

Call the sheriff's Dept and tell them you may have seen this person and you think they have warrants out. Have an escape story ready.
