It depends whether ur hungry cos u havnt eaten or u are a person thats eats for the sake of it
if ur a normal weight , then NO
if u have a problem with overeating,then u can try going for a walk when u feel hungry, drink a glass of water, they say that the feeling passes after 10minutes, a bit like an alcoholic craving a drink or an ex smoker
find something to occupy u whilst the feeling is there
of course none of this works if ur a healthy weight and trying to get skinny for no good reason

Drink water before you eat. Eat several meals during the day. Just make them small meals, and you could drink a high protein drink, which keeps your blood sugar up and won't crave sweets. Good luck.
