I see lots of veiled threats from the so called "Religion of peace".

It's Ok, I live in a place where Muslims are despised- The United States.

Most of them, yes. Most Muslims are peaceful people & not at all like what is portrayed by the terrorists.who respect no one's life...even their own. Would you consider dressing up as Jesus Christ...same thing...whether you are a Christian or not. I do not see why you want to insult a peaceful people because of a few fanatics. We (Christians which I am) do the same thing...if you will look back on the history of Christianity. If you are a non-believer, the same thing is still true. Mohammad did not perbutrate this...only those who have misinterpreted the Qu'ran.
If this is to insult people, I would reconsider.

These are only my thoughts & findings...true, of course, but not shared by everybody. Work for peace between the religions & nations. Peace, not hatred which does no one any good. Thoughtfully, Nala

It is so sad that it shows all these sick people answering this question with all that enthusiasm.

The fact that you speak about freedom, and respect any other part, is a BIG FAT LIE.

"For God sake it is Halloween", is that a reasonable excuse to offend some person, that you do not any thing about, except from a sick biased, fanatic play, or a movie, or a newspapers????!!!!

Actually, I do not know what to say,
it will not do any good any way, you will still be laughing.

If you know how he looks like, coz i m a muslim i dont even know how he look like. Why the prophet, try GOD, that would be more fun. I m just joking.
If anybody offended by this statement, i apologise. In the spirit of Hallowen.

You already know the answer to your question. Otherwise you would not be asking it. Yes it would be offensive to Muslims and to other religious people. People of all faiths are to respect other faiths. All religions teach that.

Plus, you can't dress up like Muhammad because no one knows what he looks like. Just like we don't truly know what Jesus looks like. That would be offensive as well.

Who cares? After all your not going trick or treating in a Muslim neighborhood are you?

I think that as a public service by educating on this historical figure, you should dress up as the older version of Mohammad and go door to door looking for a prepubescent girls to marry. Of course this may cause people to think that you are a molester, so probably best not to actually carry the plan out.

If you have a friend or two who can dress as a camel to flog, all the better.

I guess that if you came to my door, I'd have to give you some halvah for a treat, eh?

Would dressing up as the Pope offend Catholics?

Would dressing up as Jesus offend Christians?

Would dressing up as Buddha offend Buddhists?

Would dressing up as Satan be more appropriate?

I honestly don't know the answer to your question.....it may or may not offend someone/anyone. But I think it more appropriate to dress up as a cartoon or movie character....just to be sure we can all tell the difference between imaginary and real??? (seriously...who knows if Satan is even real???).

If you live in the USA why should you care. I think this tolerance stuff is really getting out of hand. What's next? We have to let people burglarize our homes or molest our children so as not to offend them?

I think you will end up more like any other Arab Men. No one knows how the prophet pbuh looks like actually. But just watch out for the KKK. They might mistaken you with an Arab man.
