how do i approach a new gal? i don know any of her frens n i never spoken to her? pls help

OK go get a bunch of cash and some decent credit cards, like at least a gold m/c & visa and an amex.
Drop your wallet near her so it all spills out.
Once she sees all that, she'll make a move on you.

That's hard to answer. Nowadays you can not know what to do, how to behave, what to say when you try approaching someone. There are so many factors to consider that I can only give a general advise:
1. Be yourself. Don't pretend being the best ever.
2. Surprise her! Offer her a flower, when she doesn't expect a gift. Ladies usually are thrilled with small gifts!
3. Ask her assistance. Find an excuse and ask her support. e.g. Pretend having a family issue and ask her advise.
4. Smile. Say something funny -but not stupid. Find something amazing from you own experience. Something that truly happened and you like sharing with her.
5. If the above go well and you believe she is indeed interested for you offer her a movie ticket and ask her out. Having accepted the flower -the first gift- she will most probably accept the second "dating" gift.

u just have to think of something to say to her and say it walk up and introduce your self to her that would be a good start good luck

smile, wave, say hi, introduce yourself, start off with small talk, and hopefully that will grow into something
