I have tons of work to do just can't concentrate. Any suggestions on how to focus?? I could alwyas use someone to talk too. You can email or IM me anytime....Thanks!!

We get into that mood once in a while...and it feels totally miserable. The feeling of not being loved and lonely...sometimes we just need a guy to hold and hug us. I have tonnes of gfs to hang with but sometimes, i just need a guy. Esp since i have been married for 8 years and now being single again. But it's a temporary feeling. When you get busy, it helps to not feel so alone.
Right now the feeling is overpowering, coz you're feeling such even with work in front of you.
Honestly, when i feel like this, I'll masturbate in the shower...the release of tension and a hot shower after always perks me up...

1. Write down a list of your pending work.
2. Define time to finish each work and write it down again.
3. Make sure that you only talk with people in saved time. For example you have defined 15 minutes for task A and if you can finish it in 12 minutes. Talk only for 3 minutes with people and than start working on task B.

It will be fun to compete with time, you will never know when you have finished all work !!

What your feeling is normal. Some people call it the blues. I have to really work on this because I get so tired of homework. Sometimes it helps to just walk away from your work for awhile and then when you go back to it your mind is abit clearer.

Do some yoga meditate for half an hour that would make you relax and loosen u a bit. Or u can just go out for a while and then go back to ur work.

Think of someone who inspires you... for whom you can do anything... may be that' ll shall boost you up.
OR
Go for a walk to have some fresh air, have a hot perfumed bath, put some nice music, have interesting things to eat, change the mood of the house, liberate your mind, and see you shall feel relaxed and motivated to work.

open the window of your room and have a scream with you head over the street on the top of your lung and than site down to keep no thinking a while.
