They always do the opposite like if you tell them don't send you any messages they wait 1 or 2 hours and send you a damm IM message why?

They listen when they grow up. Men are usually raised to be strong and catered to being in control (A problem with our society) so if you tell them to do something then it is likely they will rebel. You might try, instead of TELLING them not to send it, try "I am going to be busy for the next few hours so I cannot respond to IM's" you did not TELL him not to send them, but he will probably not send one because you told him you will not respond.

I once heard it said that males don't mature until 6 months after death. For some, it's completely true. This may apply to your guy.
But really, sometimes guys can act like...well...girls. They say yes but mean no. They say they're fine when they're not. They message when you say not to. It might just be his way of flirting.
