There is a shuttle bus from the Pudong airport to Hangzhou (direct and about 2.5 hours) and the fare is RMB85. The cities are connected by the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway.

Go to Chinesepod.com and contact the people at that website. They are located in Shanghai and can give you the best details on a route or even average taxi prices.
