The people in these adult movies are faking it. I work in a multi media environment, where all the video editing is done (not the adult movies thought), but i've seen how they can manipulate the final image. Those in that kind of movies usual poor some liquid inside of them, and when that scene comes up, it actully looks like they are having an orgasim.
