It's not a turn off for men. It depends on your looks, your dress code etc.
For example, an Indian woman wearing sari would look horrible in short hair but a girl with nice figure and wearing some sort of business dress or smart jeans-Tshirt will look so sexy in short hair....!!

Same thing with women some like short some like long hair on men. Everyone is different.

it all depends on the woman it is on. some people look good with short hair and some don't. Ultimatelly do what makes you comfortable. I normally like long hair, but that is not to say I do not know alot of girls that look REALLY good with short hair. Either way, it is not something that many guys would set a relationship recision or dating desicion on.

i hate short hair not trying to sound mean. but to me short hair on a girl makes any girl look more like a man. my girl has hair almost touching her butt. thats what i like
