For a massage...
Get a lotion that is unscented, and an oil that is. If she needs it for bad muscles, use SunBreeze. It's amazing. Just don't get it in your eyes or anything, and be sure to wash your hands afterwards.
Start with her shoulders. Work the muscles just inside her shoulder blades, and then run your hands down her back along her spine (not over it, but next to it). Use just your fingers to massage her neck. Finish by massaging your way down her arms.

my man gets lotion and just starts rubbing it all over my body by the time hes finished im almost asleep from being so relaxed
