yesterday, my friend was carrying me over a brick wall when she dropped me-ACCIDENTALLY- and I guess my face scraped against the wall because now my right cheek is all swollen all dark. it looks like its going to scar but how do i prevent it? what kinds of store, homemade creams are there?

neosporin, and when the wound heals, use mederma scar cream (about $16) right away.. this will get rid of any scars left from the accident :( sorry bout what happened :)

The best cream to prevent/treat scarring is palmer's cocoa butter, I swear by it!
