Hi! My daughter Farah is also 7 months! She does the exact same thing! She loves to sleep. I put her down between 9 and 10 at night and she usually sleeps until 8 or 9 the next morning. She takes a morning nap and then naps after a couple of hours here and there. I asked my doctor about it and she said that it's very good. Babies that sleep longer have a tendency to be less hyper active when they get older and its a sign that she has good health. Good luck to you!

yea, it sounds pretty normal to me - my younger son just turned 1 and he takes 2 naps a day totally about 3 - 5 hours of naptime in a day, in addition to sleeping through the night. When they are this young they still need a lot of rest because their bodies - and most importantly - their brains are rapidly developing, which is rather tiring.
Just make sure to keep an eye on her and trust your instincts. If you feel that something is wrong with it there verywell could be - my older son slept quite a bit and it ended up being a medical condition - however one big indicator that something wasn't normal with him is that he basically passed out whenever we were in public, as well as a few other odd things.
Good luck and God bless!

I think if the baby is very active throughout the day they get tired easily and end up falling asleep. My daughter is nine months and she takes naps all throughout the day and sleeps from like 9:30 pm to 7:00 in the morning. She's very active during the day so it depends. If your daughter isn't fussy or irritable and is active most likely nothing is wrong. Go to babycenter.com for more info on this maybe they will have more details for you.

sometimes it depends on the baby, does she sleep well at night? if so try keeping her awake until about 10:30 or 11am then let her take a nap. most baby's nap at least 2 times a day. make a note or even call the doctor if you feel that it is not normal.

That seems completely typical to me. each toddler is distinctive nevertheless, yet that feels like my first's ordinary at that age. Madison, who's now 7 weeks doesnt sleep alot in the course of the day, yet on the different hand she'll in basic terms wake as quickly as interior the night! I dont believe, like somebody stated, you're able to desire to get her regarded at for feeding each 4 hours. the two my women fed each 3-4 Hours, whilst they have been hungry! as long as they get adequate they choose. x

My children rarely sleep through the day lucky you!! I wish I was you, If shes sleeping through the night then I wouldn't worry I would only try to stop the naps in the day If it starts to disrupt night time.
