Neither will work, but if we get the minuteman and supporters to hold hands and form a human chain between mexico and canada, then there will be a chance. But then do you think there are that many willing to sacrafice for their country?? NOT!!! Put up or shut up.

Immigration will not be solved if there is no unity in the consensus of the Americans. Stricter rules and stiffer penalties are the only solutions.

I m from canada and our government is the same as your do nothing about illegals and we pay for them to fight being deported not just once but appeal after appeal.and the government pays for their lawyers to not the ones ordinary citizens can afford but ones we only dream of defending us.i mean paying both sides of a court case something wrong some were.now our goverment lets big companies bring in cheap labor from other countries pay them less than minimum wage.then wonder why citizens that cant get work get pissed off they better smarten up.sounds like your goverment at lot like our so imagine the cost of your fence by the time all the polititans get their kickbacks good luck on slowing them down

A wall will not stop illegals from coming into America because even Mexicans can buy rope and ladders. The only way to stop illegals is for the American laws to become more strict. That is going to require more law enforcement personnel and tougher penalties. As far as the minutemen are concrened, they are brave and I do agree that more people should join them.

I think we should build a Home Depot store every 10 miles on the Mexican side of the border. That will keep all the Mexicans in the Mexican side.

I'm from New Zealand; my country is affectionately, & occasionaly sarcastically referred to Godzone. We have our own version of paradise..as does every country.
Americans love to tote their country as "The Land of Milk and Honey".
Canada is advertising itself as immigrant friendly & actively seeking foreigners to come to work & study.

Most 'Western' countries have been settled & made prosperous by foreign immigrants.
Please remember your own roots & honour the struggles & bigotry your ancesters endured in order to give you the life you have today.
Give credit to the current immigrants to your country..they're merely doing what your ancestors did..trying to get a better life for their children.

Stop the 'immigrant bashing' now! Almost all of us come from immigrant stock, so on what grounds do we have to whinge?
