I would have to say that the store named "Andre" is fairly popular in France, and you can find one near the intersection of Ave. Victor Hugo & Rue des Belles Feuilles in the 16 arrondisment.

I do believe there is a Foot Locker now in Paris as well. (checked now in search, yes there is)

Not to my knowledge but sometimes Pimky have good shoes with guest designers etc-they are all over the city with the biggest being just beside the metro at Barbes
