Yes I have. We are together now and hope to marry in the future.
A bit of advice though. Be VERY CAREFUL when you meet someone this way. Take lots of safety precautions like making sure your friends know his name, number, and address when you go meet him. Have a friend call every half hour so he knows that someone is checking up on you.

Yes I have, I am still with him now. We met on yahoo singles, and we have been together for 10 months now and he recently gave me a ring. I chose to meet him in a public place the first couple of times we met in person because I wanted to play things safe. Meeting people online and dating is a wonderful thing.

Yes.. I am a 21 year old male and we met on myspace. She ended up lying about her age saying she was 19 and and after about a week of talking she revealed she was 16. Thank God it didn't go any further than talking. So if considering dating from here make sure age and other things like professions are accurate.

I've met people on match.com and yahoo personals. I dated various guys for about a year, then met my current boyfriend and we have been together for a year. I enjoyed the experience and think it is a great way to meet people. I did not like eharmony. It was to restrictive--you cannot search for other singles; you have to wait for them to match you up.

No, I haven't...And if I were single, I don't think I could do it. I feel it could work for some people, though. There's an indescribable feeling you get when you meet someone face-to-face, the unspoken chemistry that you feel - I feel you don't get this kind of connection based on words alone through the Internet.

i married a man i met online 10 yrs. ago, back when it wa taboo. and when sally jessie raphael and oprah were doing shows about how dangerous the internest is. well he didnt kill me, but he left me. it was a bad marraige, and i dont think it had anything to do with us meeting online. what do i mean "think", i KNOW, it had NOTHING to do with meeting online.just go into it the way you would in any relationship.

They are just people. Like you'd meet anywhere else. The internet just gives you another option in meeting new people
