If I was to put a drop of hand sanitizer on my hands and light it on fire, would I be burned as badly as I would if there was no hand sanitizer there?

Either way it's a bad idea but.......probably the alcohol in the sanitizer will cause greater harm than a alcohol free light.......Please......do neither.

Why would you want to do that. Is one oar missing or what. Hand sanitizer is not necessarily flamable.
Why don't you just try pressing lit cigarettes into your handk then you can contoll the burning better. A stupid answer to a stupid question.

Gee, why stop with the hand? I've seen some dippy Asian types pour gasoline all over themselves and light it. Made quite a spectacle. Since you're obviously after attention, why don't you try that? Goodness. Where do you people come from.
